| If
you would like to learn first hand about our volunteers and families,
subscribe to the Personal Ponies chat list. The list is free and
only requires an email address.
When
you subscribe you can receive emails from other list members. You
will read about events being planned or new projects in the works.
The more than 230 members share photos of ponies and children, pony
keeping ideas, and answers to questions like, "How do I keep my
pony from slipping on the floor when visiting a school?" List members
alert others when a newspaper or magazine article is published or
when there may be a newscast on television about Personal Ponies.
Most of all, members share their experiences and talk about the
magic they see between a pony and child.
To
join the list, go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PPLtd
and click on the “Subscribe to this group” link on the right.
This list is sponsored by Yahoo, so if you already have a Yahoo
ID, you can sign in with your existing ID and join the group. If
you do not have a Yahoo ID, you will be asked to provide your email
address and establish a password. Once logged in, you can sign up
for the PPLtd list and begin sharing with others!
You
do not have to be a Personal Ponies Volunteer or have a child who
is differently able to join the chat list. PPLtd is open to anyone
interested in the Personal Ponies program. We hope you will join
our list and get to know our program and the volunteers and families
who spread smiles everyday!
